Clemens Tinnemeyer is the grandfather of missing Nevada boy, Cole Puffinburger. Authorities say he owes millions of dollars to a Mexican drug cartel. He has been missing since May. Authorities say the abduction was linked to his drug activity. Police are looking for Tinnemeyer's white Dodge Ram truck with Mississippi plates.
