Stephanie Casey murder case to go to grand jury on December 15

Casey's husband, Bryon Drennan is still being held at the Wayne County jail without bail. He has been formally charged with first degree assault.

Stefanie Casey has been missing since Thanksgiving. Police have discovered a body in Williamson NY, where the woman was last seen. Authorities have not confirmed the identity of the remains, but have arrested her husband, Bryon Drennan, on assault charges.
