Demetrius Hairston, 26, has been charged in the death of Juan Joseph. Hairston had a gunshot wound to his leg, and has been admitted to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
The shooting occurred on Martin Luther King Jr. drive at 2:41 am on Saturday.
