Cold Case in Berkley - PeterJohn McColl Missing

On August 28, 1995, 16 year old Peter John McColl left his home at 10:30 am saying he was going to a bookstore on Telegraph Avenue in North Berkeley.

By 11:38,when McColl hadn't returned, worried family members called police to report him missing.

Gregory Nelson to be charged with 1976 murder of 6 year old boy in California

William "Willie" Cook, age 6 of Happy Camp, was found murdered in a soap barrel in 1977.

He had been abducted on August 28, 1976 after his father left him in the bed of his

pick-up truck for a short time at a Happy Camp service station.

Murder charges are expected to be brought on Monday aganst Nelson after new information was

given to athorities last month.
