Edward McCain, 17 charged with murder in shooting

18 year old James Fannin died of gun shot wounds to the head after he and 28 year old were found in a van outside the Georgetown Sheriff's Department. Edward McCain has been charged with murder, assault and battery with intent to kill, illegal possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
