Terrance Carter convicted of burning 5 year old Corinthian Houston to death

Carter has been convicted of first degree murder of Corinthian Houston. In an apparent act of revenge on his ex-girlfriend, he kidnapped her little boy, took him to an abandoned house, tied him to a chair, doused him with gasoline and set him on fire. Authorities later found little Corinthian's body still tied to the chair.

Two Girls Found Safe. Young Boy in Critical Condition in Shreveport, LA

After an Amber Alert was issued for two young girls in Shreveport, LA, they were found safe after a several hour manhunt for their father. Their brother, Hazen Barnes, was in critical condition after authorities say his father severely beat him in a Wal-mart parking lot before taking the girls.

Zachary Barnes has been charged with cruelty to a juvenile with more charges pending.
