Andrea Jean Harbour's family offers reward in her homicide

Habour's family is offering a five thousand dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the murder case. 

Harbour's body was found down an embankment on Powell Rd in Ridgeway, Virginia on Saturday, September 13, 2008. She had been killed by a single gunshot to the torso.

Police interviewed a man who said he had given her a ride from the Park View Convenience Store on N.C. 87 in Eden, her home on Powell Rd at about noon or 1:00 pm on Saturday. The police do not consider him a suspect. He was driving a blue pick-up truck. He stated he did not know Harbour and had simply given her a ride. 

Her brown purse that she was known to carry is missing.
