Kat Smiley and Azriel Carver are missing after their van was found along the Puget Sound shoreline. Items have been found washed up on the beach not far from the Van. An inhaler, and a corked wine bottle are among those items. Police are now trying to figure out if those items are linked to the missing mother and son. Smiley did buy a bottle of wine Saturday, and Carver did use an inhaler.

Her fiance says she is a recovering alcoholic and that she relapsed last week.

The boy was captured on videotape speaking to unknown persons in a white sedan. He was then shot and died on the scene.

Daniel Ross, former Spokane Firefighter, charged in second sexual assualt

Ross has been charged with fourth degree assault with sexual motivation. It is alleged that he took a teenage girl to a department store and bought her three bras and asked the girl to model them for him. While she was changing, she says that Ross fondled her.

Body found on Tribal Land in Washington that of Doctor E. Scott Jr. of Olympia

The body of a man found who was found on Nisqually tribal land on Tuesday has been identified as 25 year old Doctor E. Scott Jr..

Update: Police are looking into the recent suicide of Riley C. Russell and any connection there may be with the murder of Scott. Scott was last seen on Sept. 5, 2008 in a car with Russell.
