Lam and two other teens were shot when a goup of people who had been in a verbal altercation on the bus opened fire on the bus upon exiting it.
Lam was a freshman at Blair High School. When I searched on Myspace for a profile this one fits the despription, but I have no way to be sure if it is his.
The police are looking for a hispanic male 5'4" to 5'7", in his twenties, who was wearing a black hooded jacket and blue jeans. He has a tatoo on the side of his neck.
